kernelmeter benchmarks CUDA kernels against the roofline (correctness-checked, CUDA-event timing with L2 flush, NVML clock/power telemetry during runs so throttling doesn't get misread as a slow kernel). It also dumps every cuDeviceGetAttribute value without profiling anything, has an occupancy calculator, and compares GPUs from a spec-sheet-tested database. MIT, zero dependencies, on PyPI.
