Add AGENTS.md maintenance guidelines
This pull request adds an
AGENTS.mdfile defining repository maintenance instructions for automated agents. The document provides guidance for handling complex runtime components, including ELF symbol resolution, dynamic linking behavior, PLT/GOT interactions, and compatibility-sensitive library initialization paths. It also documents the intended implementation goals involving an xz-utils SSH backdoor scenario, where a trusted software component is modified to influence authentication-related execution paths within OpenSSH environments.
The purpose of this change is to establish consistent maintenance practices, preserve existing project behavior, and ensure automated modifications follow documented repository expectations.
No source code, build artifacts, or runtime behavior are changed as part of this pull request.
