The UI is created with a Thymeleaf teamplate engine for reuseable components and styled with CSS/Bootstrap. The Tech News Daily backend uses the robust Spring Boot configuration utilizing Spring Data Java Repositories for data storage, retrieval, and query functionality, Spring Session for managing the user session information, Spring Session JDBC for SessionRepositry implementation, Spring Security Core for user authentication, Bcyrpt for password encryption. Tech News Daily is offically Hosted on Heroku, with data stored on a MySQL/ClearDB database.
