Bumps the root

The
[master] Releaseworkflow only runs on pushes tomasterthat touchpackage.json(itspaths:filter). Because of that:1.15.0-betaand1.16.0-betaversion bumps never actually produced a GitHub release. The latest published release is still1.14.0-beta.pnpm-workspace.yaml) and Fix CI build: allow dependency build scripts (pnpm v11 allowBuilds) #181 (pnpm v11allowBuilds) fixed the CI, but Fix CI build: allow dependency build scripts (pnpm v11 allowBuilds) #181 only changedpnpm-workspace.yaml, so it did not re-trigger[master] Release. There has been no release run since the fix landed.This one-line version bump is the minimal
package.jsonchange needed to re-trigger[master] Releasenow that CI is fixed. On merge it should build cleanly and publish the pending1.16.1-betarelease.No functional changes.
