Bump the Tailwind Vite plugin together

This project runs Tailwind through @tailwindcss/vite in astro.config.mjs, but the lockfile now installs a second tailwindcss@4.3.1 under the plugin while only the root copy is 4.3.2. Because @tailwindcss/vite@4.3.1 declares exact dependencies on @tailwindcss/node, @tailwindcss/oxide, and tailwindcss 4.3.1, the plugin resolves and executes its nested 4.3.1 copy during npm run dev/build, so the 4.3.2 Vite/compiler fixes this PR is meant to pick up are still not applied. Please update the @tailwindcss/* packages in the lockfile together with tailwindcss.
