36 extend workflowoutput class for sampletype handling

• I have extended the tsv parser to handle csv as well and created two separate functions calling the core function with different separators; also section files without empty lines in between sections can be handled now
• the WorkflowOutput class parses the samplesheet now which allows to check for existing samples
• I have added a nomenclature class which takes a nomenclature yaml as input and can be used to gather meta information from any sample following the inpred sample id nomenclature, other samples will return a None type
