Closing per the new security-first Dependabot posture (#299): major version bumps are now opt-in / by-hand rather than on Dependabot's schedule. Nothing here fixes a known CVE — a security-update PR would still land for that once alerts are enabled. Reopen by hand if/when we deliberately take this major. |
