…configuration Deleted committed ATKIS Basis DLM shapefiles and associated metadata under `Testdaten/`. Updated test paths and `requires_atkis_testdaten` skip marker to use `test_config.ini` for centralized configuration. Enhanced `.gitignore` to exclude sidecar files generated during test runs by QGIS/GDAL.
