Go to File->Preferences and add the following to "Additional boards manager URLs":
- http://arduino.esp8266.com/stable/package_esp8266com_index.json,https://dl.espressif.com/dl/package_esp32_index.json Go to Boards Manager and install the esp8266 boards package as per the screenshot below: Go to Tools->Boards and select the NodeMCU 1.0 (ESP-12E Module) from 8266 option as per the screenshot beolow:
Go to Library Manager and add the ThingSpeak library by MathWorks as per the screenshot below:
