updaed flows to match sop, ie 13, 31, 4, and 22. there were 8 templates so non needed to be created. also removed simultaneous departures in use from 22 and 4 visual flow becaus eoriginally it was 31 l and r for west flow. made it 22 and took away simal deps. same with 4 flow.
