Update osmSpecies.txt

This is a new attempt to clean up osmSpecies.txt, that is hopefully less controversial than #676.

• removed values that no longer exist in taginfo (typos and invalid names that were fixed in OSM)
• removed Ciconia ciconia (White Stork)
• added correctly spelled hybrid names (… × …), if they are more popular in taginfo than the spelling with x

Additionally i propose to remove incorrect spellings, if the correct spelling is more popular, e.g. remove Aesculus carnea and Aesculus x carnea in favor of Aesculus × carnea.

Thanks for your effort! On the first glance it indeed looks better (but I have not verified deeply)

That makes sense to me - to remove such duplicates that differ only on × vs . x, and keep the most popular one from taginfo only. (might make sense to wait for that automated edit being discussed in that thread to finish, at it might change which value is more popular)

I removed the less popular and incorrect versions, and will keep this PR updated until it is merged or rejected.

However i wouldn't necessarily wait for the automated edit to finish, as a change from x to × is not currently being discussed. (This file will need occasional updates anyways to keep up with established tagging)

Thanks @dokutan! I'm extremely defensive on such niche topics because often there are people with a lot of time and strong opinions around who I don't want to discuss with.
But these changes are definitely not controversial and purely improvements.
