Implementation

• Added BiometricLogin.tsx component with full feature implementation
• Added comprehensive tests in __tests__/component_297.test.tsx
• Added CI workflow (.github/workflows/ci.yml) with Node 18/20/22 matrix

2. Remove/disable the Vercel deploy-preview check from the CI workflow so PRs aren't blocked by it
