🎯 What: Replaced insecure Math.random() with crypto.getRandomValues() for calculating network jitter in packages/adapters/src/retry-queue/retry-queue.ts.

⚠️ Risk: Predictable jitter could allow attackers to predict retry intervals, potentially leading to race conditions or facilitating denial-of-service (DoS) attacks by synchronizing malicious requests with retry attempts.

🛡️ Solution: Used a cryptographically secure pseudo-random number generator to generate a random float between 0 and 1, matching the expected output range of Math.random(). The random integer from crypto.getRandomValues was scaled properly to maintain the original logic's requirements.

P1 Badge Rebuild the published adapter artifact

When this package is consumed through @settler/adapters, packages/adapters/package.json points main at dist/index.js, and that exported connector-runtime instantiates the tracked dist/retry-queue/retry-queue.js. This commit updates only the TypeScript source, while the checked-in dist file still computes jitter with Math.random(), so any install or deployment that uses the packaged artifact without rebuilding keeps the predictable jitter path and the security fix is ineffective.
