🧹 [code health improvement] Remove unused logInfo and RoutingDecision comment

🎯 What: Removed the obsolete comment // logInfo and RoutingDecision imported but unused - may be used in future from packages/api/src/services/predictive/adaptive-pipelines.ts. The actual unused imports were already removed previously, but the comment was left behind.

💡 Why: Improves code readability and maintainability by removing outdated and confusing comments that reference code that no longer exists in the file.

✅ Verification: Verified that the comment is removed and that logInfo and RoutingDecision are indeed not present in the file. Ran the typescript build and tests to ensure no functionality is broken.

✨ Result: A cleaner file without misleading comments.
