🎯 What: Increased entropy for SSE connection IDs from 32 bits to 128 bits.

⚠️ Risk: Predictable connection IDs could allow an attacker to guess connection IDs and hijack or eavesdrop on SSE connections.

🛡️ Solution: Increased the number of random bytes generated by crypto.randomBytes() from 4 to 16, resulting in a stronger, less predictable 128-bit hex string for connection IDs.

P1 Badge Use a Rust toolchain, not cargo-deny version

For any run of the Rust Verify workflow, this now passes 0.16 to rust-version; checked EmbarkStudios/cargo-deny-action@v1 metadata/entrypoint, and that input is used as the Rust toolchain for rustup default, with the README examples showing values like 1.60.0. Since 0.16 is a cargo-deny release rather than a valid Rust toolchain, the install step will fail before fmt/clippy/test/deny can run.
