test: 🧪 improve test coverage for stripAnsi

🎯 What: The function stripAnsi in src/lib/adapters/openshell/client.ts lacked comprehensive tests. Only a single happy-path string was tested. We expanded the tests to cover various scenarios.

📊 Coverage: The tests now cover:

• Basic color codes
• Empty strings
• Plain strings without ANSI
• Complex ANSI sequences (RGB, multiple codes, background/foreground)
• Multiple sequential ANSI codes
• undefined and fallback parameter handling

✨ Result: Test coverage for this pure string manipulation function is now comprehensive and robust against regressions.
