For the Symphony app, matrix.json runs pnpm install --ignore-workspace --prefer-offline, and scripts/build-default-apps.mjs runs that install with CI=1, so pnpm treats the app lockfile as frozen during default-app/host-bundle builds. This manifest now requires tailwind-merge ^3.6.0, but home/apps/symphony/pnpm-lock.yaml is still pinned to importer specifier ^3.4.0 and version 3.5.0, so the next Symphony default-app build will fail with an outdated lockfile instead of installing the bumped dependency. Update the nested app lockfile alongside this package.json change.
