Add gemaal custom functions tests, updte hydamo2.2 2.3 and 2.4 and update HyDAMO test data
This PR introduces the new test test_gemaal_custom_functions.py and related updates to support the validation of gemaal-related custom functions in the HyDAMO validation module.
Added tests/test_gemaal_custom_functions.py to validate:
intersected_pump_peilgebieden
gemaal_streefpeil_value
tests/data/tasks/test_gemaal/HyDAMO.gpkg
Includes gemaal, polder, and combinatiepeilgebied layers used by the test.
Updated custom.py with final implementations for these functions.
Added combinatiepeilgebied and polder layer definitions to HyDAMO schema (so they can be loaded properly in tests).
Notes
This PR moves the gemaal test previously located in hhnk-threedi-tools to this repository (HyDAMOValidatieModule), where it belongs logically.
