Bumps all 7 external submodule pointers to their current main SHA after the ecosystem merges landed.
The previous CI run on main (#66 merge) failed with
unable to read treebecause hawk's submodule entries still pointed at pre-merge SHAs that were no longer reachable via shallow clone. This brings all submodules in sync.
