CI check-replace failed because go.mod committed a local replace (hawk-core-contracts => ../hawk-core-contracts). Per ci.yml's own warning, local replaces belong in go.work (gitignored). hawk-core-contracts v0.1.7 now publishes the /llm package, so eyrie can depend on the released version. Added a gitignored go.work for local dev.
