Validation completed successfully in run 33941258000: both The diff is limited to the claim map, the new offline documentation test module, and inclusion of that module in analytic validation. No circuit builder, decoder, scientific implementation, dependency pin, or workflow definition changed. The restored manuscript will cite the immutable head snapshot. This PR remains unmerged for author review. |

Scope
Repair the reviewer-facing claim map without changing any circuit, decoder, resource formula, or mathematical implementation.
docs/CLAIM_SUPPORT.md.Verification
The six local structure/parser-fixture tests passed before submission. The new repository-wide test and both existing scientific suites will run in GitHub Actions. No scientific implementation files or dependency pins are changed.
This is the repository portion of a bounded manuscript restoration. The manuscript remains a separate self-contained TeX source package and will cite the verified immutable support snapshot.
