permission names in API endpoints miss their path prefix, making them incomplete and thus for chance of overlapping. The permission labels were also lacking detail, so it's hard to know which sub-path api you're actually enabling.
This needs a db patch or re-enabling of api rights in installations. Will be draft until such db patches have been created/researched
