Purpose

Sentence case in several places:

• "Get Started" button on guide landing pages → "Get started"
• "Featured Resources" heading on guide landing pages → "Featured resources"
• "More News and Events on …" heading on topic pages → "More news and events on …"
• "Other Communities of Practice" heading on the Communities page → "Other communities of practice"
• Breadcrumbs: changed the Easy Breadcrumb capitalization setting from Title Case to first-letter-only, so breadcrumb segments now follow the page title's sentence case
• Default content only, live content needs updating: "Analytics: Essential knowledge", "Accessibility: Essential knowledge", and "Plain language: Essential knowledge" → lowercase "essential knowledge"

NOTE:

The "[Topic]: Essential knowledge" headings are not template text — they are editor-entered content stored in the Title field of the Featured Links paragraph on each Topic page. This PR updates the default content, but the live production content must be updated by content editors.
