Fixes coaxial gear/belt joints by letting GearJoint detect when its two markers are coaxial and switch to a new carrier-based internal constraint. The new constraint uses an optional MarkerK carrier frame so the gear ratio is measured relative to the common support instead of relying on the zero-length center-to-center vector.
