  • Implement parallel processing for sensitivity analysis using existing n_cl parameter

zjardyn and others added 2 commits October 1, 2025 17:39
- Implement parallel processing for sensitivity analysis using existing n_cl parameter
- Use foreach and doParallel for efficient parallel execution
- Optimize imports to follow codebase patterns (no redundant package loading)
- Simplify exports to only include necessary .ancombc2_core function
- Maintain backward compatibility with existing code
- Remove verbose console output for cleaner user experience
- Update documentation for n_cl parameter to clarify parallel processing usage
When trend=TRUE and global=FALSE, sensitivity analysis sets global=TRUE for
pseudo-count refits but still stacks res_main (which has res_global=NULL).
That drops array dims and breaks apply(..., c(1,2)). Run the global test on
the main fit when trend+pseudo_sens requires it, harden ss_3d_global dims,
and only return res_global when the user requested global.
