- Implement parallel processing for sensitivity analysis using existing n_cl parameter

When trend=TRUE and global=FALSE, sensitivity analysis sets global=TRUE for pseudo-count refits but still stacks res_main (which has res_global=NULL). That drops array dims and breaks apply(..., c(1,2)). Run the global test on the main fit when trend+pseudo_sens requires it, harden ss_3d_global dims, and only return res_global when the user requested global.
