This implements wl-clipboard's CLIPBOARD_STATE protocol. In practice it sets CLIPBOARD_STATE=sensitive in the environment of commands that wl-paste --watch spawns. This hint can be used by client applications to e.g. avoid persisting the clipboard contents to history. See the wl-paste manpage for details.
