Automated speedup of px_Oi_fixedgrid in fixedgrid. Tests show that small and large galaxy approximations are accurate to ~1 or 2% or better, while automated grid sizing is accurate to about 0.1%. Given everything else we do, this is sufficient I think!
Would be good to think about a unit test for this.
