- Fixed vignette file reference from non-existent 'onlyCounts_databasesConfig.yml' to 'databasesConfig.yml' in vignettes/use_cases.Rmd and doc/use_cases.Rmd - Updated config access from [[1]] to [['FC']] to use correct database config section - Added documentation for 'visitSourceGroupConceptIds' parameter in createCodeCountsTables() and createStratifiedCodeCountsTable() - Regenerated Rd files with roxygen2 Results: 0 errors, 0 warnings, 4 notes (non-blocking issues)
Only call `helper_FinnGen_getDatabaseFile()` when `testingDatabase` ends with `FinnGen`, and pass an empty default path otherwise.
