Registers Echidna Systems' server list (https://tx.echidna.systems/tx-servers.json) as a new tx-servers.json entry. The server provides the OMOP vocabulary code system (URI: https://fhir-terminology.ohdsi.org) and supports FHIR R4 and R5.
