fix(connect-groups): complete Rock reconciliation

Summary

• reduce Rock Schedule filter batches below the observed OData MaxNodeCount limit
• let standalone sync workers skip in-process Next cache hooks
• preserve that skip through nested blur-placeholder media updates
• continue using the worker's authenticated website revalidation after successful sync

Production evidence

The 08:15 UTC worker execution failed with two errors:

• Rock API error 400 on Schedules ... node count limit of 100 has been exceeded
• Invariant: static generation store missing in revalidateTag pages
