Summary
This is a plan-only PR for sequencing Promptfoo-compatible reference-answer and grading-result alignment. It adds a review summary covering the finalized contract, child Bead map, validation/dogfood expectations, and collision constraints with the input hard-deprecation/codemod/docs migration work.
Beads remain the source of truth. The plan doc and this PR body are review aids only; implementation scope, dependencies, acceptance gates, and closure stay in the Beads.
