This PR fixes two problems:
TwoLevelTreeandStrategicStochasticProfilein Added support forTwoLevelTreein checks #83 resulted in some issues when using, e.g.StrategicProfilewithTwoLevelTreefor fields which require that the profile can be indexed over strategic periods. Examples are the fixed OPEX and the emission limits.EnergyModelsInvestmentsrequired an adjustment to objective value in the investment test. The investment test should anyhow be updated to be more telling
