What changed

  • added a shared compact, flat Stobe UI theme using the existing sand-gold brand palette
  • flattened and tightened Configuration, Roleplay, and Control Panel navigation
  • applied consistent backgrounds, controls, forms, cards, tables, modals, and feedback states
  • retained active top-level navigation state on child pages
  • themed embedded narrator and shared-head connector/profile views
  • restored the scoped hub navigation grid so category options match the CHIM and Dialectic layout
  • prevented profile selector buttons and secondary profile actions from inheriting green save-button styling

Why

Stobe's first-party pages had accumulated inconsistent surfaces, gradients, spacing, and navigation states. Stobe's legacy inline tab and profile styles required tighter theme scoping so the shared theme does not override component meaning or layout.

Validation

  • PHP lint passed for every changed PHP/template file
  • git diff --check passed
  • locally deployed to StobeServer
  • browser-tested Home, Configuration, Roleplay, Control Panel, LLM connectors, NPCs, Autonomy, Voice Manager, Settings, API Keys, and Profiles
  • verified the hub uses a responsive grid, profile selectors remain neutral, selected profiles retain a gold border, Export/Clone remain gray, and Save remains green
  • verified no PHP warnings/fatal output and no horizontal overflow
  • autonomy planner contract regression passed
