Scope

This PR addresses GPTPro re-audit finding F003 only. Runtime extraction, permissions, dependencies, workflows, packaging, and product scope are unchanged.

Verification

• exact tested main loaded in a fresh isolated headed Chrome for Testing profile
• one complete PASS receipt for public-safe Issue, Pull Request Conversation, unsupported page, Copy feedback/restoration, local save, and manifest permissions
• bundled Node test — 40/40 passed
• repository sanity static checks — passed
• git diff --check — passed
• public-safety search — no private URL, local path, screenshot, raw log, or email-like identifier in the tracked receipt
• official Gitleaks 8.30.1 exact-tree and introduced-range scans — finding 0
• security triage — docs-only two-file diff; no runtime, manifest, workflow, package, permission, dependency, or communication-path changes; Codex Security scan not required

Boundaries

• the receipt describes one exact revision and is not a production-readiness claim
• no normal Chrome profile was used
• Draft and unmerged pending maintainer review
