Replace 9 placeholders with real @2x captures rendered from the dgsample fixture: skein-panel-annotated, navgraph-closeup / -annotated-spine-vs-branches, diff-rendering, knot-menu-open, search-results, dynamic-state-chips, trace-panel-with-source-preview, first-skein-session. The VS Code-chrome shots stay placeholders (can't be automated); screenshot-manifest.adoc records what's done vs pending.
