Replace // SHOT: markers with image::<slug>.png[] macros across the 10 chapters that carry screenshots, and add 29 generated placeholder PNGs (1280x800, captioned). Move the shot-list out of images/ to docs/screenshot-manifest.adoc so Antora stops treating it as an asset. Builds clean with Antora 3.
