you need to download FFMPEG and put it in the folder with bot: https://ffmpeg.org/

on linux you would need to get espeak: sudo apt install espeak

use this to install dependencies: python -pip install -r requirements.txt

How To: 1.Run Bot 2.Join Voice Channel and type !join 3.Type !tts 1 in desired text channel

any message in that channel will be read in voice chat
