Allow callers to provide a pre-built Arc<rustls::ClientConfig> via Request::rustls_config(). When set, send() uses it instead of the default Config::connect(), enabling custom root stores, client certificates (e.g. PKCS#11 CPS cards), and certificate verifiers.
