Adds Atlas-Q scan classification and multi-candidate flow selection, bounded QEM proxying for large scans, the deterministic PairClosure all-quad fallback, world-space fidelity and topology gates, transactional texture baking, Blender UI guidance, algorithm/workflow documentation, reproducible release packaging, and adversarial tests. Verification: Ruff; compileall; 19 unit tests; standalone TRIAD-Q smoke; Blender 4.5.11 source smoke; clean legacy ZIP install/enable/analyze/disable; clean Extension ZIP install/enable/analyze/disable; Blender extension manifest validation.
