Summary

Bump pyenvector package/runtime version to 1.4.3.
Update release build examples to use 1.4.3.
Move external/evi-crypto submodule to the release/v1.0.4 commit (c9f1878).

Notes

Requested evi-crypto release was 1.04. The evi-crypto repository does not currently expose a v1.0.4 tag; this PR pins the available origin/release/v1.0.4 commit.

Verification

python version consistency check for pyproject.toml and pyenvector.version
git diff --check
python -m compileall -q pyenvector


          release: pyenvector 1.4.3
