This PR adds a rainbow gradient effect to several UI elements, including the project bar and the controls toggle. This is achieved by defining CSS variables for rainbow colors and applying a linear gradient background to the pseudo-elements of the target elements. The wave panel also receives a subtle rainbow gradient overlay.
