Created a Helm chart for Grafana deployment on the staging GCP cluster. The chart, named `grafana2`, acts as a wrapper around the official Grafana Helm chart. It is configured to consume a 1Password secret for sensitive data and includes dashboards as code, stored as ConfigMaps within the chart. Additionally, an enterprise overlay is provided for optional Google Cloud Logging and Trace plugins, which are not open-source safe by default. The chart includes configurations for a Postgres database backend and basic GCP metrics dashboards focusing on GKE and general infrastructure health. The service account email is configurable with a placeholder.
