This workflow is configured to run on pull_request, but the job requires DD_API_KEY and DD_APP_KEY; for fork-based PRs, GitHub does not expose repository secrets, so these inputs resolve empty and the Datadog action will fail before any synthetic test can run. In this repo, that means external contributor PRs will consistently get a failing check unless the job is gated (for example, skipping fork PRs) or moved to a trigger where secrets are available.
