💡 What: process_dir 함수 내에서 매번 생성되던 정적 CSS 문자열(cssContent, css)과 SHA-256 해시값(styleHash)을 private object StaticAssets로 분리했습니다.
🎯 Why: 디렉토리를 순회할 때마다 동일한 문자열이 메모리에 할당되고 무거운 해시 계산이 중복 수행되는 병목 현상을 방지하여 CPU 오버헤드를 줄이기 위함입니다.
📊 Impact: 디렉토리 처리마다 발생하던 객체 생성 및 암호화 연산 오버헤드를 제거하여, 디렉토리가 많은 트리를 크롤링할 때 전반적인 실행 속도와 메모리 효율이 크게 개선됩니다.
🔬 Measurement: 큰 디렉토리 트리에서 실행 시 힙 메모리 할당량 및 CPU 점유율 감소를 통해 확인할 수 있습니다. 테스트 커버리지는 100%로 유지됩니다.

Closing as superseded by #362. This branch implements the same static CSS/SHA-256 hoisting but also downgrades JUnit, removes current accessibility assertions/markup, deletes current AGENTS guidance, and carries unrelated journal drift. #362 preserves the current protected baseline and contains only the bounded two-file optimization.
