Both replace an empty filesystem-root <title>/<h1> with the absolute path. #364 now owns the bounded post-#363 path and must centralize one escaped label, test real root/non-root output, add APA 7 doctoring and changelog, and pass fresh exact-head checks plus independent approval. No evidence from this duplicate head is reused.
