**조치:** 여러 번 평가될 필요가 없는 정적 문자열 및 비용이 큰 연산은 파일의 최상위(top-level) 속성으로 추출하여 전역적으로 한 번만 계산되도록 최적화합니다. 이때 Kotlin의 최상위 속성은 암묵적 getter를 생성하므로, 테스트 커버리지 100%를 유지하기 위해 테스트 코드에 해당 속성을 명시적으로 접근하고 검증하는 코드를 추가해야 합니다.
