💡 Vulnerability: Files.move를 사용할 때 ATOMIC_MOVE 옵션이 적용되지 않아 파일 교체 중 Race Condition이 발생하거나 시스템 장애 시 불완전한 인덱스 파일 쓰기가 유발될 수 있었습니다.
🎯 Impact: 생성된 index.html이 손상되거나 빈 파일로 제공될 위험이 있으며, 다수의 파일 시스템 이벤트가 겹칠 시 데이터 무결성이 침해됩니다.
🔧 Fix: html4tree/main.kt의 write_index_file 함수에 ATOMIC_MOVE 플래그를 추가하고, 미지원 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 AtomicMoveNotSupportedException을 포착하여 기존의 REPLACE_EXISTING 방식으로 폴백하도록 예외 처리를 추가했습니다.
✅ Verification: 테스트 환경 내에서 폴백 로직을 구동할 수 있도록 write_index_file에 Files.move 람다를 주입받게 리팩토링하고, Mock 예외를 던지는 단위 테스트(testWriteIndexFileAtomicMoveFallback)를 통해 100% 커버리지 검증을 통과했습니다.

It retains the same atomic replacement attempt and explicit unsupported-filesystem fallback, while correcting the claim boundary and defining the remaining post-#363 rebase, deterministic publication/failure tests, full JaCoCo branches, KDoc, APA 7 doctoring, changelog, exact-head checks, and independent approval. No evidence from this duplicate head is reused.
