Performance boundary

process_ignore_file can obtain the same directory-name listing twice: once for custom glob matching and again for hidden-name exclusion. A single immutable name snapshot is sufficient for both phases and avoids a redundant filesystem enumeration. When .html4ignore yields no valid matchers, name-to-Path conversion and matcher iteration are not needed.

Proposed bounded change

  • use the caller-provided name snapshot when present;
  • otherwise call File.list() once and reuse that result;
  • skip custom matcher traversal when no valid matcher exists; and
  • preserve every default and hidden-name exclusion.

Current status

This branch is stale and intentionally not merge-ready. It must update to the protected master after CSP PR #363 integrates without reverting the exact emitted-style/CSP contract or current filesystem metadata hardening.

Before returning to ready-for-review it must:

  1. add a test-first observable I/O contract using an injectable or counted listing boundary rather than inferring call count from output alone;
  2. test caller-provided snapshot reuse, File.list() returning null, blank/invalid matcher input, default exclusions, hidden names, and successful custom matching;
  3. remove bot-journal-only changes unless converted into authoritative docs/doctoring documentation;
  4. add beginner-readable KDoc, CHANGELOG.md, and APA 7 doctoring grounded in current Oracle/JDK filesystem API documentation;
  5. provide a bounded benchmark or allocation/I/O counter before making a wall-clock claim; and
  6. pass exact-current-head CI, complete JaCoCo statement/branch coverage, Security Scan, Semgrep, current-head automated review, and independent non-author approval.

Queued, pending, skipped-required, cancelled, absent, stale-head, or failed checks are not success. Results from mixed CSS/I/O branches are not reusable.

- `process_ignore_file`에서 불필요하게 `curr_dir.list()`를 여러 번 호출하지 않고 첫 반환 값을 변수에 캐싱(`cachedDirFilesNames`)하여 사용.
