Re-organised the XMLs into a new folder struture:
under examples/*.xml are the beast3 xmls (they were in examples/spec/), required to release;
examples/beast2vs1/*.xml are the beast3 xmls but only for long run testing (they were in examples/spec/beast2vs1/), not for release;
the legacy/ hosts all beast2 XMLs (they were in examples/ previously) which are waiting for convertion, not for release.
update all unit tests to use the beast3 XMLs.
update all releases to only release beast3 XMLs.
add testHKY.json
