Add settings menu context snippet to all settings pages

Summary

Added a reusable snippet to all settings-related pages across EN, ZH, and JA that provides context about the in-app settings menu. This helps users understand that the documented settings correspond to options found within the ComfyUI application's settings panel.

Changes

• Created 3 new snippet files (snippets/interface/settings-menu-context.mdx, snippets/zh/interface/settings-menu-context.mdx, snippets/ja/interface/settings-menu-context.mdx)
• Added the snippet import to 12 settings pages per language (36 pages total), excluding the overview page which already provides this context
• The snippet displays an <Info> callout telling users that the settings are in the in-app settings menu, accessible via the gear icon or Ctrl + ,
